Type XX Chronographe 2067
The Type XX models are all equipped with a flyback function, a function particular to aeronautics. Their automatic chronograph movements with vertical coupling and gold oscillating weights are decorated by hand. A number of details have been thought out in order to provide maximum ergonomics, such as the luminescence of the hands and markers, as well as a simple and rapid strap interchange system.
This 42mm piece follows in the footsteps of the finest civilian Type XX models from the 1950s and 1960s. Its dial displays various time-measurement indications: the 15-minute counter at 3 o’clock, the 12-hour counter at 6 o’clock and the running seconds at 9 o’clock. The Arabic numerals, hands and triangle present on the bezel are coated with ivory luminescence. A date aperture appears at 4:30
