A FIRST FOR LONGINES
The Ultra-Chron Diver, first introduced in 1968 as the first high-frequency diver’s watch, returns in a cutting-edge new model. Longines, a pioneer in high-frequency movements since 1910, unveiled this latest version with a carbon case—its first use of the ultra-light yet durable material. Inspired by aeronautics, the 43mm case is crafted from unidirectional carbon fiber and epoxy resin, creating a unique pattern on each timepiece. Weighing under 80 grams, it is water-resistant up to 300 meters. The watch features a fixed titanium bezel with an engraved aluminium insert, a titanium case back and crown, and a sand-blasted anthracite dial under a sapphire crystal. Super-LumiNova® blue luminescence enhances the silver indexes and grey PVD-coated hands, ensuring visibility in all conditions.
