Receptionist (Arabic Speaker)

Job Description

  •  Greeting and welcoming of guests/visitors at the office
  •  Managing the front office – phone calls, correspondence etc.
  • Receiving, dispatching and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Handling daily administrative tasks
  • Assisting teams with any other support as and when required ​​​​​

  • Arabic language proficiency is required - spoken and written
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Should have excellent personality & must be immaculately groomed
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in handling a front office/receptionist role
