The Management Trainee will join Rivoli Group’s Ecommerce team, gaining hands-on exposure to digital retail operations for luxury watch and lifestyle brands. This role involves supporting key functions like website management, digital merchandising, analytics, and customer experience management.
Job Description
- Website Management - Assisting in maintaining and updating the Group’s ECommerce platform, ensuring an exceptional user experience and alignment with brand standards
- Digital Merchandising - Supporting the team in optimizing product listings, categories, and promotions to enhance visibility and drive online sales
- Analytics and Reporting - Analyzing website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Order Fulfillment Support - Collaborating with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
- Customer Experience - Assisting in crafting strategies to enhance the online shopping journey, with a focus on luxury brand positioning
- Competitor Analysis - Conducting research on industry trends and competitor performance to inform eCommerce strategies
profile
- Proficiency in Arabic language (spoken & written) is essential for this role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed university
- Previous internship or work experience in Ecommerce, digital marketing, is advantageous
- Proficiency in eCommerce tools and platforms is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of the nuances of luxury branding
