The Management Trainee will join Rivoli Group’s marketing department, gaining a broad and hands-on understanding of our luxury watch and lifestyle brands. The role offers an immersive start in the Group’s marketing operations, engaging across core functions including but not limited to offline marketing, digital strategy, CRM and brand partnerships.
Job Description
- Marketing Campaigns - Supporting the team in developing and coordinating marketing activities for Rivoli Group’s brands, ensuring consistency with brand goals
- Digital and Social Engagement- Assisting creating and managing digital and social media initiatives to help enhance brand awareness and reach
- Using CRM data to support the planning of effective marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Market Insights - Conducting basic market research to support the team’s understanding of industry trends and competitive positioning
profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed university
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing, especially within the luxury or retail industry, is preferable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Global exposure is appreciated, fostering a broader understanding of diverse markets and customer bases
