Customer Care Representative (Arabic Speaker)

Job Description

  • Interacting with customers for obtaining repair estimate approvals
  • Communicating repair related updates and information
  • Addressing basic level queries of customers
  • Handling customer complaints and follow-up on resolutions
  • Coordinating with retail outlets for any service-related queries
  • Coordinating with internal team members to resolve issues efficiently
  • Prioritizing tasks to ensure timely fulfilment of service level agreements
  • Escalating of relevant issues to managers as needed

 

profile

  • Arabic language proficiency is required - spoken and written
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Experience in a professional call center / BPO preferable
  • Experience in complaint handling
  • Proficiency in MS Office
