Developing and managing all the aspects of Marcomm & PR for the Groups retail concepts and brands
Job Description
- Working closely with the marketing manager and the business units in identifying areas and opportunities that require marketing support to improve the business performance thereof
- Working with the Marcomm & media buying agency to develop and implement campaigns
- Assisting in the preparation of varied marketing materials for the businesses/brands that resonates with the target audience, aligning with the brand's voice and values, and promoting brand awareness
- Working closely with inhouse and external creative/media teams, to develop compelling advertising messages and visuals, providing clear and concise creative briefs, ensuring that the advertising materials align with the brand's identity, visual brand guidelines and effectively communicate the desired message
- Outlining well-defined project goals and communication objectives to streamline creative workflows
- Overseeing the production process of advertisements, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and brand guidelines. Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate the execution of various advertising elements and to ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive brand identity across all channels, in a timely manner
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders/brand teams, and serve a key point of contact to understand their business and marketing needs, and provide regular updates on campaign progress
- Creating and presenting detailed reports on various marketing campaigns
- Extensive experience in offline marketing activations, including out-of-home (OOH), radio, transit media, in-mall pop-ups, print etc.
- Identifying partnership opportunities with malls, associations, and communities to increase the visibility of Rivoli Group concept stores
- Constantly exploring new and creative ways to drive more traffic to the e-commerce sites
- Working closely with the Brand, Marketing and Graphic design teams to deliver advertising and creative requirements for e-commerce and store promotions/activities
- Monitoring & ensuring all the content related to Rivoli Group concepts on all digital platforms (including external mall websites) are up to date
- Executing ongoing digital health checks for the Group’s social media, online mediums and conducting an internal audit for our channels on a quarterly basis
- Executing any other functional duties as and when required by the manager
profile
- MBA/MIB in Marketing/Digital marketing or relevant fields
- Relevant marketing experience of at least 5 years
- A creative mind with excellent analytical abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must
- Arabic language skills would be an advantage
- Attention to detail is critical
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Preferably with a Retail or an Advertising agency background, servicing luxury and fashion brands
- Must be a team player, a lateral thinker and able to work well under pressure
- Valid UAE Driving License
