Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing

The job

The role entails enhancing and maintaining our current Rivoli website (www.rivoligroup.com) and associated landing pages/sites, along with managing our social media platforms. Responsibilities also include constantly evaluating & updating the UX and monitoring SEO, web traffic and metrics to identify & implement best practices.

Additionally, the role involves overseeing the entire CRM, including Email & SMS content creation, implementation, and building & managing new CRM journeys for a customized/personalized customer experience.

Job Description

  • Developing Email & SMS content and strategy aligned with short, medium-term, and long-term objectives
  • Utilizing CMS to analyze business reports and user engagement metrics
  • Managing customer data and optimizing the digital experience of our users via CMS
  • Managing the Social media accounts posting & community management for all group handles
  • Monitoring, addressing and closing customer complaints
  • Developing monthly and annual editorial calendar ensuring alignment with communication and brand teams
  • Optimizing content according to SEO requirements, working with the digital marketing/SEO specialist
  • Collaborating with the comm, business teams to design, plan and develop content, style, and layouts
  • Liaising with internal teams, agencies, and content writers to ensure brand consistency
  • Performing any other responsibilities given by the reporting manger or the team lead

 

profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or related streams
  • Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written
  • Arabic speaker preferred for this role
  • Proven work experience of at least 6 years in Digital Marketing
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce, SAP, MS Office, Contentstack or similar platforms
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
  • Working Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate ideas in a clearly and confidently
  • Strong communication skills to engage with internal & external stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and the ability to perform well under deadlines are crucial
